– Name and address of Tied In-House Insurance Intermediaries are mentioned in their respective email signature
– Tied In-House Insurance Intermediaries act on behalf of The Toa 21st Century Reinsurance Company Ltd, Kreuzplatz 16, 8008 Zurich, Switzerland
– Information about education and training requirements applicable to Tied In-House Insurance Intermediaries in accordance with the ISA can be obtained by submitting the request to The Toa 21st Century Reinsurance Ltd
– The Toa 21st Century Reinsurance Company Ltd is liable for acts and omissions of its Tied In-House Insurance Intermediaries in connection with their insurance intermediation activities subject to applicable laws and contractual terms and conditions
