Art 45 ISA

In accordance with Art. 45 Swiss Insurance Supervisory Act (ISA), The Toa 21st Century Reinsurance Ltd as follows about its own staff which qualify as tied insurance intermediaries:

  • Name and address of Tied In-House Insurance Intermediaries are mentioned in their respective email signature
  • Tied In-House Insurance Intermediaries act on behalf of The Toa 21st Century Reinsurance Company Ltd, Kreuzplatz 16, 8008 Zurich, Switzerland
  • Information about education and training requirements applicable to Tied In-House Insurance Intermediaries in accordance with the ISA can be obtained by submitting the request to The Toa 21st Century Reinsurance Ltd
  • The Toa 21st Century Reinsurance Company Ltd is liable for acts and omissions of its Tied In-House Insurance Intermediaries in connection with their insurance intermediation activities subject to applicable laws and contractual terms and conditions
